15-Day Comment Period Notice: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Draft 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

NOTICE: In accordance with 24 CFR Subtitle B, Section 570.431, the City of Lacey invites the public to review and comment on the draft CDBG 2025 CAPER, which details the City’s use of federal housing and community development funds and progress toward meeting program goals.

A 15-day public comment period will run from September 3 to September 17, 2026.

Interested Parties can review the draft CDBG 2025 CAPER:

  1. Online at https://cityoflacey.org/community-development-block-grant-program/ or
  2. In person at Lacey City Hall, City Manager’s Office, 420 College Street SE, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.

Written comments will be accepted for consideration until September 17, 2026, at 5 p.m.
