City Seeks Human Services Commissioner

The City of Lacey (City) is accepting applications for two, full-term vacancies on the Human Services Commission that expire on December 31, 2027. Applicants must reside within the Lacey City Limits and/or Lacey Urban Growth Area.

The seven-member Lacey Human Services Commission (Commission) provides human service-related recommendations to the City Council. This includes community needs, policies, programs, and funding allocations, such as future Human Services Grant Programs, Community Development Block Grant Programs, and other grant programs. The Commission meets on the first Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall, 420 College Street SE.

Interested community members can submit an online application. These vacancies will remain open until filled, with the first review of applications occurring within 30 days of this notice.
