Code Interpretations

Code Interpretations are binding interpretations concerning land use codes administered by the Community and Economic Development Department.

Final interpretations are posted online and will take effect on the date of issuance. To appeal a decision, a written appeal accompanied by the required filing fee must be filed no more than 14 days from the date of issuance.

As Code Interpretations are codified in the Lacey Municipal Code, they will be removed from this list.
