We Want to Hear From You! — Resident Survey

We want input from people who live in manufactured home communities in the City of Lacey and the Lacey Urban Growth Area.

The information you provide will help us better understand your needs and guide future planning efforts. At this time, we are only gathering information. We are not taking any specific actions.

The survey should take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete. At the end of the survey, you can provide your contact information if you would like to get updates about this effort. The survey opens mid-July and closes on Friday, July 31.

Please note: Survey responses are anonymous. The City of Lacey will not share responses with any outside parties.

2026 Manufactured Home Community Outreach  

The City of Lacey is conducting outreach to better understand manufactured home communities located in the City and Urban Growth Area. Manufactured home communities are an important part of Lacey’s housing landscape.  

This effort aims to gather information about manufactured home communities, including current conditions and perspectives from residents and property owners, to better understand these communities in Lacey.

At this time, the City has not identified or proposed any future actions related to manufactured home communities, and no decisions have been made regarding potential City initiatives or policies.

As part of this effort, the City invites residents of manufactured home communities and property owners to participate in separate surveys. Survey responses and other available information will help the City develop a more complete understanding of manufactured home communities in Lacey.

Community participation is an important part of this effort, and we encourage you to share your perspectives. Project updates, survey summaries, and any future opportunities for public engagement will be posted to this page as they become available.
