Lacey Historical Society 1980-2023

Program Description

Historical Societies form in a variety of ways. Come and learn about the Lacey Historical Society and their legacy. What has the Society done over the years? How can you see their presence in Lacey? This talk will include the history of the society as well as some short vignettes about the history of the Lacey area.

Speaker

Tracy Rebstock is a historian and researcher. Her education includes a bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Cincinnati, a Master in Information and Library Science from Kent State University and a Master in Public History from Eastern Washington University. She is a former librarian and archivist. Her passions include connecting people with information and researching local history. She has been a member of the Lacey Historical Society since April 2022.
