The three-member Civil Service Commission adopts rules for the regulation of personnel matters and competitive examinations for classified employees of the Lacey Police Department. It also hears appeals arising from the administration of the Civil Service rules and regulations.
Civil Service Commissioners serve 6-year terms with a 2-term limit. The commissioners meet on the 1st Monday of February, May, August, and November at 12:15 p.m. at Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street SE.
