Human Services Grant Application Period Now Open

The application period for the City of Lacey’s (City) new Human Services Grant Program (HSGP) is open now through Friday, July 26.

The City has up to $300,000 available for non-profit human service providers serving Lacey community members. Eligible programs or projects must meet basic human needs for housing, survival, or security.

Priority focus areas of the HSGP include:

  • Housing: Expanding and upgrading affordable housing programs, emergency rental assistance, housing education, creating and maintaining supportive housing services
  • Survival: Access to food, water, shelter, sleep, and clothing
  • Security: Job training and placement, mental and physical health care, drug and alcohol recovery services, support in times of personal or family crisis, and transportation.
