Providing Services to Veterans with the Help of Generous Volunteers

The Lacey Veterans Services Hub (LVSH) serves thousands of Veterans, active-duty military members, and their families each month. Since it opened in 2014, the LVSH has continued to grow its services and expand its community partnerships to over 150 organizations! Veterans and their families can get assistance with housing, nutrition, healthcare, education, employment, VA benefits, finances, legal issues, and transportation.

The LVSH is able to accomplish this great work thanks to the wonderful volunteers. They have volunteer positions available with flexible schedules to fit your availability.

LVSH Volunteers:

  • Make a positive impact in their community.
  • Build meaningful connections with Veterans and their
    families.
  • Gain valuable experience and personal fulfillment.

To apply, visit the Lacey Veterans Services Hub Volunteer webpage, or call (360) 486-8746.
Volunteering at the LVSH is the perfect way to give back to your community and the people who serve or have served our country.

Special Thanks for Another Successful Christmas Tree Round Up!

The spirit of teamwork was alive and well as BSA Troops 222 and 9207 worked tirelessly collecting Christmas trees throughout the City. LeMay Pacific Disposal graciously donated eight large bins for the trees and the Thurston County Waste and Recovery Center recycled the trees for free. The City appreciates this amazing community service!
