Schedule: Seven Weeks | Thursdays | 6 – 8 p.m.
Week 1 | April 16 – Lacey 101
Week 2 | April 23 – Public Works
Week 3 | April 30 – Finance | Budget | Taxes
Week 4 | May 7 – Parks, Culture, and Recreation
Week 5 | May 14 – Community & Economic Development
Week 6 | May 21 – Police Department
Week 7 | May 28 – Get to Know Your City Councilmembers
Location: Lacey City Hall or otherwise determined
Cost: FREE (Materials provided as well as light refreshments each week)
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
The Community Academy is open to anyone 18 years or older who lives in the City of Lacey or its Urban Growth Area (UGA).
