Notice of Public Hearing – Hercules Drive Latecomer Agreement


NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lacey City Council has scheduled a Public Hearing during their regular City Council meeting to receive testimony regarding the Hercules Drive Street Latecomer Agreement on September 1, 2022, at 6:00 p.m.  The hearing will be conducted in person and remote.

The developer of the Puget Meadows West Apartment project has requested the formation of a street latecomer agreement to recover costs associated with the construction of Hercules Drive.  The proposed street latecomer agreement is being processed in accordance with Chapter 35.72 of the Revised Code of Washington and Chapter 12.30 of the Lacey Municipal Code.

The public may attend in person in the Council Chambers at Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street SE, Lacey WA, or watch or listen to the meeting using one of the following remote platforms:

Persons wishing to provide written testimony on the public hearing may send their comments to publiccomment@ci.lacey.wa.us no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 1, 2022.
