Notice Of Public Hearing – Ulid 25 Tolmie Park Estates

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lacey City Council has scheduled a Public Hearing to receive testimony regarding the formation of Utility Local Improvement District (ULID) 25 – Tolmie Park Estates on February 3, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The hearing will be conducted remotely. The public may watch the meeting live on the City’s websiteFacebookYouTube, or Thurston Community Media, Channel 3.

On January 6, 2022, the Lacey City Council passed Resolution 1114, declaring the intention of the City Council to improve a certain area of land by the construction and installation of sewer lines and allowing for the connection thereto by doing all work necessary in connection therewith.

If the formation of the ULID is approved by City Council, parcels in the Tolmie Park Estates will be assessed for the cost of the improvements. If property owners in the district would like to provide oral testimony on the formation of ULID 25, they may preregister to speak at https://us02web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_ji3AzWRVQg-ibkSDgHmyVg. Instructions and access details will be provided once registration is complete. Registration closes at 3:00 p.m. on February 3, 2022.

Persons wishing to provide written testimony on the public hearing may send their comments to publiccomment@ci.lacey.wa.us no later than noon on February 3, 2022.
