How to Update Payment Information
The City uses a third-party payment processor, Paymentus, for our online Utility payments. As part of our secure payment processing system, we partner with Paymentus, which manages stored payment methods in compliance with industry-leading security standards.
Periodically, Paymentus sends out emails to customers on our behalf. The most common communications they send are to let you know when your on-file credit card is nearing its expiration date. This courtesy helps ensure customers don’t inadvertently miss making a timely payment.
To update your payment information, including your credit card expiration date, please visit the Paymentus account portal and follow these instructions.

A Note on Safe Online Practices
Your online safety is important to us. Here are a few best practices to help you stay protected:

- Go directly to the website: If you’re ever unsure about a link, it’s best to open a browser and type in the official website address directly rather than clicking the link.
- Use strong, unique passwords: Protect your online accounts with strong passwords and consider using a password manager.
- Monitor your accounts regularly: Keep an eye on your account activity for any unauthorized transactions and report them immediately.
