Homicide Case #2023-01913

On Saturday, April 22, 2023, at approximately 6:12 p.m., Lacey Officers and Medics responded to a report of a traffic-related disturbance involving a male with a gunshot wound in a parking lot in the 2500 block of Marvin Rd NE. A 42-year-old male Lacey resident was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

A 48-year-old male Thurston County resident was arrested and booked into the Thurston County Jail on probable cause for Murder in the 2nd Degree. The investigation is continuing.
