Project Background
An after the fact permit to review unpermitted construction activities within the shoreline of Hicks Lake, including bulkhead repair, installation of a concrete patio, vegetation removal, and the installation of an ecology block wall.

The City of Lacey Hearings Examiner will conduct a public hearing on October 18, 2022 at 10:00am via Zoom video conference.

Hearings Examiner issues Recommendation to City Council
Andrew Reeves, Lacey’s Hearings Examiner, issued a recommendation to City Council to approve in part and deny in part the proposal. A closed record meeting of the City Council will be scheduled for January to consider the recommendation. No additional evidence or testimony will be taken prior to Council action.
