Hearings Examiner issues Recommendation to City Council
Andrew Reeves, Lacey’s Hearings Examiner, issued a recommendation to City Council to approve in part and deny in part the proposal. A closed record meeting of the City Council will be scheduled for January to consider the recommendation. No additional evidence or testimony will be taken prior to Council action.
