Project Background
This contract provides for the installation of approximately 2,300 LF of 6-inch, 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch diameter water main and street reconstruction with fiber reinforced hot mix asphalt on five (5) streets. Work to include pavement removal, paving, adjustment of utility appurtenances, striping, water service line, meters, valves, transfer of water services, connections to existing water system, water main abandonments, and lawn restoration and other work

Miles Resources, LLC is working to prepare for and connect new utilities in the areas of 14th Ave SE (between Sleater Kinney Rd Se and Golf Club SE), 7th Ave SE (between Sleater Kinney Rd SE and Woodland Square), and Franz St SE. Work will occur in the project area of 14th Ave through February.
Additional notice will be provided for customers impacted by temporary utility shutdowns. Access will be maintained to Intercity Transit, NTPS routes and Lacey Fire District 3. Expect traffic delays and temporary closures over the next few months; Use alternate routes if possible.

Road grinding and paving are tentatively scheduled on 14th Ave SE Monday, 3/13 – Friday, 3/17. PSE will be relocating utilities on Franz St SE Thursday and Friday, 3/16-17.
Night Work Beginning Monday, March 13th
Work in the area of 7th Ave SE and Golf Club Rd SE will occur at night between the hours of 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM to minimize impacts to traffic and businesses.
