Project Background

Redesign on prior approval with aim to develop a 216-unit multifamily apartment complex with a mix of studio, one, two, and three bedroom units among 6 buildings instead of 240-units among 8 buildings. The proposal will also include three amenity buildings in a central location; a clubhouse, a community-serving conference center, and a pool house. Associated site improvements include the required clearing, tree removal and grading associated with utilities (Sewer, Water, Storm, Electric, Communication and Natural Gas), parking lots, landscape and construction associated with a typical multifamily residential project. The storm water system has shifted to a retention pond. This pond will be located in the NW corner of the site where existing grades are the lowest. The project size is 8.3 acres. The project is required to complete design review and landscaping approval before building permits are issued.
