Long Lake Development LLC is proposing a 26-lot preliminary subdivision and Planned Residential Development, to include utility and road improvements as well as open space area amenities within the shoreline jurisdiction and wetland buffer associated with Long Lake. The property is zoned Low Density Residential, Open Space Institutional, Shoreline Urban Conservancy, and Shoreline Residential. The preliminary plat application is being supplemented with Planned Residential Development, Wetland Development Permit, Shoreline Conditional Use Permit, Shoreline Substantial Development Permit and Class IV Forest Practices Permit applications.
