Resource Management Solutions, LLC is proposing to develop 213,000 square-foot, mixed-use development to include 198-apartment units – including six (6) live/work units, 15,000 square feet of commercial development, and associated site improvements. The site is located at an unaddressed parcel located at the NE corner of 41st Ave NE and Marvin Rd NE, Assessor’s parcel 11935210200, Section 35, Township 19, Range 1W, W.M.
