Project Background

The applicant is requesting Final Subdivision approval for Ventura Crossing. Ventura crossing represents a subdivision of 12.54 acres zoned Moderate and High Density Residential into 54 single-family lots, 14 townhouse lots, 3 community open space tracts and 1 private alley tract. Comments are due by February 19, 2025 and should be submitted to Samra Seymour, Senior Planner (samra.seymour@cityoflacey.org).
