Project Background
Proposal to construct a +/- 2,767 sf 3-bedroom, single-family residence, 720 square foot septic system with drain field and reserve area, as well as a 1,754 square foot driveway for ingress and egress in the northern portion of the parcel outside of the wetland but within the 225-foot buffer. The project is located at 7739 41st Ave SE, Assessor’s parcel 11835210400, Section 35, Township 18N, Range 01 West, W.M.
