Project Background

Proposal to construct a +/- 2,767 sf 3-bedroom, single-family residence, 720 square foot septic system with drain field and reserve area, as well as a 1,754 square foot driveway for ingress and egress in the northern portion of the parcel outside of the wetland but within the 225-foot buffer. The project is located at 7739 41st Ave SE, Assessor’s parcel 11835210400, Section 35, Township 18N, Range 01 West, W.M. Anyone may review any document submitted as part of this project application and may comment on this proposal.
