Project Background

Calvary Chapel North Thurston has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 16,710-square-foot chapel on a 5.1-acre parcel zoned Martin Business District (MBD). The proposal includes a 122-stall parking lot, access drives, stormwater management facilities, landscaping, site lighting, utility improvements, and associated site development. The chapel will be used for worship services and related ministry activities.
