A proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezone Request from a Neighborhood Commercial District to High Density Residential. The proposed rezone is for two parcels totaling approximately 2 acres located at 3202 and 3220 Willamette Drive NE. Assessor’s parcel numbers 11801250200 and 11801250300.
