Description: Rise Development, LLC has submitted an application for a Master Plan Amendment, Rezone, and Preliminary Plat to develop Parkside Place, a proposed 54-lot residential subdivision on a 5.83-acre parcel currently zoned OS-I (Open Space Institutional). The property is currently designated as Open Space under the Summerwalk Village Master Plan. The proposal includes a Master Plan Amendment to remove the Open Space designation and a rezone from OS-I (Open Space Institutional) to MD (Moderate Density Residential). If approved, the project would create 54 townhouse lots and include construction of the associated streets, utilities, stormwater facilities, landscaping, and other site improvements.
