Project Background

The proposed temporary use consists of the parking of commercial vehicles and trucks on an existing paved parking area to support TEC Equipment’s customers and business operations within the City of Lacey. The temporary parking area will facilitate vehicle staging associated with sales, service, delivery, and customer support activities, supporting the regional transportation industry served by TEC Equipment. No vehicle repair, dismantling, fueling, washing, material storage, or other industrial activities will occur on-site. All vehicles will be parked on existing paved surfaces, and the occupant will comply with all applicable stormwater management, source control, and environmental requirements to prevent pollutants from entering the storm drainage system. The use is intended as a temporary operational accommodation while maintaining the property’s safe and orderly appearance and minimizing impacts to surrounding properties.
