Project Background

The applicant, Vector Development Company, proposes construction of a +/- 97,500 SF warehouse facility with associated office space on a 21-acre site. The proposal includes vehicle and trailer parking stalls, truck loading docks, access from 31st Avenue NE, stormwater management facilities, site lighting, landscaping, utilities, and associated site improvements. The project will impact onsite Wetland C and portions of wetland buffer areas. Compensatory mitigation includes preservation of four on-site wetlands (Wetlands A, B, D, and E) and their associated buffers.
