Project Background

This contract provides for the construction of a potable water aeration treatment facility at the City of Lacey’s Beachcrest Wells site located at 8905 48th Way NE, Olympia, WA, 98516. The work includes constructing of new treatment facility CMU building and installing packaged aeration unit within the building, constructing a new well building, installing 250 LF of 6-inch and 12-inch diameter water and 285 LF of 8-inch and 12-inch diameter of stormwater main, installing standby generator, installing a stormwater pond, decommissioning an existing potable water well, demolition of existing CMU buildings, relocating an existing building to another City site, installing of valves, piping, instrumentation, and controls, site improvements, landscaping, and fencing and appurtenances and other work.
