6140 Hogan Dr SE, Olympia, WA 98513, USA

Public Works Projects

Department: Public Works

Project Background

Phase 2 of the Capitol City Golf Course Water & Wastewater project has been awarded to Active Construction Inc. of Puyallup, WA. Construction is scheduled to begin May 10th, 2021, and anticipated to be complete in the summer of 2022.

While the pandemic in our State has created a forecast of uncertainty, we anticipate that Active Construction will be able to proceed as scheduled. This project is considered essential public infrastructure and construction will not be put on hold. In an effort to limit any interaction between the construction crews, we are asking that you call the City Inspector if you have any questions or concerns. Please do not approach the construction crews or City Inspector if possible, and if you must speak in person please follow the recommended 6-ft distancing guidelines.

Please be aware that you will have access to your homes but there will be times when construction may limit access or cause delays. For everyone’s safety please use alternate routes around construction zones whenever possible.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the City Inspector Keven Inman at (360) 239-0333. Thank you for your patience.
