Project Background
This contract provides for the installation of approximately 4,700 LF of 6-inch, 8-inch and 12-inch diameter water main, 4,500 LF of 8-inch, and18-inch diameter gravity wastewater main and 1,800 LF of 10-inch diameter pressure wastewater main located on Golf Club Road SE and Lacey Blvd SE between 26th Ave SE and Sleater-Kinney Road SE, including night/weekend work within and adjacent to the roundabout and the intersection of Lacey Blvd SE and Sleater-Kinney Rd SE as described in section 1-07.23(1) and 1-08.0(2)A. Work to include temporary traffic control, bypass pumping, construction of service lines, meters, valves, transfer of water and sewer services, connections to existing water and wastewater systems, water and wastewater main abandonments, asphalt and concrete pavement, lawn restoration and other work.

Lacey Blvd at Sleater Kinney Rd SE will be closed Monday, 10/2 and Tuesday, 10/3 from the hours of 7 AM – 7 PM for paving. Pedestrian/bike traffic will be affected on the Karen Fraser Woodland Trail; Detour will be provided.
Intermittent lane closures will affect the intersection of Sleater Kinney Rd SE and Lacey Blvd SE. Please use alternate routes if possible.
The roundabout at Lacey Blvd/Pacific Ave and Golf Club Rd SE will be closed Tuesday, 10/3 – Thursday, 10/5 between the hours of 9 PM – 5 AM for paving. Detour routes will be provided via Sleater Kinney Rd SE, Golf Club Rd SE, College St SE, 6th Ave SE, and 22nd Ave SE. Please use alternate routes if possible. This work is weather dependent and subject to change.

Night Work
Pacific Ave SE/Lacey Blvd SE at the Golf Club Rd roundabout will be closed beginning Monday, 8/14 through Friday, 8/18 from the hours of 7 PM – 5 AM. Detour routes will be provided via 6th Ave SE and 14th Ave SE.
The contractor will be installing water and sewer utilities; affected customers will be notified individually. Final paving will occur at night on a future date to be determined in September.

Project Startup - Mobilzation
SCI Infrastructure, LLC is working to prepare for and connect new utilities on Golf Club Road SE between Lacey Blvd SE/Pacific Ave SE and 26th Ave SE. This project includes some night & weekend work within and adjacent to the roundabout and the intersection of Lacey Blvd SE and Sleater-Kinney Rd SE.
Project starts up May 25th. Contractor will be potholing for utilities. Potholing is scheduled to take approximately a week to complete. There will be a small section on Sleater Kinney Rd SE where one of the two lanes will be closed in the north bound direction at the Lacey BLVD SE intersection. One of the two lanes on Lacey BLVD SE (east bound) and Pacific Ave SE (east bound) at the roundabout will be closed.
