Project Background

The project, Phase 1 of Greg Cuoio Park, includes approximately 139 acres of the overall park plan.  This acreage will be developed in two phases, Phase 1A includes 77 parking stalls, access to 2 miles of hard and soft surface trails, an 18-hole disc golf course, open space and picnic areas, a shelter and playground. Phase 1B will provide water and sewer connections, frontage improvements along Carpenter Road, a permanent restroom and landscaping.
