Project Background
This contract provides for construction of a 2.0 MG potable water tank at 4040 Marvin Rd NE. The contract also includes frontage improvements on the east side of Marvin Rd NE, along the property. Construction is expected to begin January 19, 2021, and take approximately one year to complete.

Update
Exterior painting on the reservoir is on hold due to weather. All other work will be completed in December. The project will then be suspended until Spring 2022. We anticipate that the new tank will be online in May 2022.
