Project Background

The proposal extends the west end of the Jubilee Community Association Lodge structure approximately 13 feet.  The expansion will increase the size of the Ballroom +/- 1,000 SF, as well as add +/- 556 SF of new sidewalk on the exterior of the Lodge.
