Project Background

This contract provides for the construction improvements of an existing wet well mounted wastewater lift station to a submersible wastewater lift station at 6480 Glen Ct SE. The new lift station will include a new six-foot diameter wet well, valve vault, control panel with awning, modular block wall, and other mechanical/electrical appurtenances. Work includes approximately 60 linear feet of 4-inch diameter sewer force main, 50 linear feet of 8-inch diameter gravity sewer, wet well coatings, manhole coatings, valves, connections to existing water and sewer system, pavement work, lawn and driveway restoration, and other work.

Barcott Construction, LLC has been awarded this contract. Contractor to be on site May 12.
