Project Background

This contract provides for the abatement and demolition of the residence located on the City-owned property at 2802 Boat Launch Street Southeast, Lacey, WA 98503, including its stem walls, foundations, slabs, detached garage, and dock. Furthermore, this contract includes: abandonment of a septic tank and pump tank, removal and disposal of a heating oil tank and boiler, abandonment of a private well, backfilling voids produced from structure demolition with gravel borrow, lawn and landscape restoration, and other work.
