Project Background

This contract provides for drilling to 500 feet and constructing, developing, and testing one 16-inch diameter production well. A surface seal will be installed at a depth of 38 feet. The final depth and completion of the production well will be confirmed based on observations during drilling and grain-size testing results. The production well will be constructed in one of two ways: 1) shallow completion with natural pack from approximately 255 to 310 feet; or 2) deep completion with engineered pack from approximately 400 to 490 feet. For bidding purposes, assume deep well completion. This work also includes clearing the Site and removing trees from the locations shown in Section E-Figure 1 and Appendix J.

If you have any immediate construction concerns you can call the project inspector, Keven Inman, at (360) 239-0333.
