Project Background

The Lodge in Lacey, LLC proposes to modify the existing multi-family site to include “Building C”. The proposed inclusion would represent a 16 unit increase to the site adding to the already 78 approved units for a total of 94 units. The site is currently zoned Moderate Density Residential (MD) and allows for up to 16 units an acre and on the roughly 5 acres site the total allowed is 80 units. The applicant is seeking to obtain approval of the addition through a Planned Residential Development which allows for an increase of density up to 20% provided that the criteria of the PRD are met. The proposal will bring the site from 3 buildings to 4 and include site improvements, nature trails, outdoor amenities and an increased buffer area.
