Project Background

The City of Lacey is relocating it’s water and wastewater utilities along Marvin Road from 22^nd Avenue SE to Union Mills Drive SE as part of Thurston County’s roadway improvement project. Relocating the utilities will ensure they are not in conflict with the proposed stormwater system and can continue to safely serve community members.
