Project Background
The City of Lacey along with the Tolmie Park Estates has created a sewer utility Local Improvement District (ULID) in your neighborhood. With the ULID a new sewer main will be installed in the roadway adjacent to your property and a new sewer service will be installed connecting the house to the new sewer main. For the duplexes located at 3342, 3404, 3412 and 3420 Eagle Dr NE, those properties are not included in the ULID, however, we will be providing sewer stubs to the new sewer main for future connection.
This contract was awarded on March 19 to Rodarte Construction, Inc.
