Project Background

The Toscana Apartments is proposing 6 additional apartment units to the existing 393-unit complex at 6911 & 6955 Birdseye Ave NE.  Underutilized common areas within six of the existing apartment buildings will be converted to new units, with no exterior alterations proposed.
