PUBLIC HEARING: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) 2025 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER)

NOTICE: In accordance with 24 CFR Subtitle B, Section 570.431, the City of Lacey Human Services Commission will conduct a public hearing during their meeting on Thursday, September 3, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. regarding the draft CDBG 2025 CAPER.

The City invites the public to review and comment on the draft CDBG 2025 CAPER, which details the City’s use of federal housing and community development funds and progress toward meeting program goals. Interested parties can review the draft CDBG 2025 CAPER:

  2. In person at Lacey City Hall, City Manager’s Office, 420 College Street SE, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.

Written testimony will be provided to the board and made part of the public record.
