PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Draft 2025-2027 Consolidated Plan/2025 Annual Action Plan – Hearing No. 2
NOTICE: In accordance with 24 CFR Part 91.105(b)(2), The City of Lacey (City) is seeking public comment on the draft CDBG 2025-2027 Consolidated Plan (Con Plan) and Annual Action Plan (AAP). The City is anticipated to receive $348,393 in CDBG dollars from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for program year 2025.
The Con Plan is a three-year planning framework that describes needs, resources, priorities, and proposed activities to be undertaken with funding under the CDBG program. The Con Plan also includes a one-year AAP. Each year thereafter during the three-year period, a one-year AAP is required. Based on community consultation, housing and homeless needs assessment, market analysis, and non-housing community needs assessment, the City has recommended the following as high priorities to be included in the CDBG 2025-2027 Con Plan:

- Public Services

The second of two public hearings will be held on July 10, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. at Lacey City Hall, 420 College St. SE, Lacey, Washington. This meeting will provide community members an overview of the draft Con Plan and Action Plan as well as submittal and reporting requirements.

Persons wishing to provide WRITTEN testimony on the Con Plan and AAP should send comments to humanservices@cityoflacey.org no later than 3:30 p.m. on July 10, 2025. Written testimony will be provided to the Human Services Commission and made part of the public record.
