PUBLIC HEARING: Private Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezone Request, Tilden Commercial L.L.C.

NOTICE: The Lacey Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing during their regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, August 26th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. for consideration of the following item:
Project #26-0146: A proposed Comprehensive Plan Amendment and Rezone request from a Neighborhood Commercial District to High Density Residential. The proposed rezone is for two parcels totaling approximately 2 acres located at 3202 and 3220 Willamette Drive NE. Assessor’s parcel numbers 11801250200 and 11801250300.

Interested parties can review proposed draft updates:

  • In person at Lacey City Hall, Community and Economic Development Counter, 420 College Street SE, Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding holidays.

WRITTEN COMMENT
Persons wishing to provide written testimony on topics being considered may email Planning@cityoflacey.org or mail them to: Lacey Planning Commission, 420 College Street SE, Lacey, Washington, 98503 no later than 3:30 p.m. on August 24, 2026. Written testimony will be provided to the commission and made part of the public record.
