Transportation Plan

The Transportation Plan is the City’s long-range plan for developing its transportation system into the future.  This plan will guide improvements to Lacey’s transportation system to enhance inclusivity and responsiveness to land use, promote economic vitality, and fulfill the community’s vision for the future of Lacey.  The plan was fully updated in 2025, with the prior plan originating from 2012.  In 2025 the City also adopted a Safety Action Plan, which reviewed historic data, and set a goal to implement a holistic and equitable strategy to reduce roadway fatalities and serious injuries on City roadways by 2030.
