The Lacey Veterans Services Hub (LVSH) serves as a one-stop shop for Thurston County Veterans and their families to obtain human services. What began as a mobile Vets services van in the Lacey City Hall parking lot, has grown to a stand-alone site which includes over 150 partners.
Currently 31 service providers use LVSH office space and the community room. Through our partners and dedicated volunteers, Veterans and their families can access free medical transportation, food, health care, legal services, financial assistance, VA benefits, housing, employment, education and more. If you would like to set up an appointment or learn more, please call the main line at 360-456-3850.

The LVSH offers a Community Room available to government and nonprofit organizations that provide direct services to Veterans, Active-Duty, and their families. The City and LVSH providers may also use the room for internal meetings. Scheduling is at the City’s discretion; requests may not be accommodated due to various reasons, including limited available resources.
The LVSH offers transportation for eligible clients to and from appointments within Thurston County and to the American Lake Veterans Affairs Medical Center. All transportation requests must be scheduled at least five business days in advance of the client’s appointment. For more details, please review the policy below.
The LVSH offers appointments with Veterans Service Officers to assist with the delivery of services to Veterans, Active-Duty Service Members, and their families. Qualifying clients can schedule online using the LVSH appointment booking site. Please review the policy below for more details.
The LVSH offers a safe and secure location for clients without a physical address to have their mail delivered to. This policy establishes clear guidelines for the management, storage, and distribution of client mail received at the LVSH.
