Take our Comprehensive Plan Survey to Help Create a Vision for the Future of our City

The City is in the process of updating our Comprehensive Plan (Plan). This document guides the City’s decisions on local policy, planning, and capital facility investment over the next 20 years. The Plan acts as a blueprint for development in the City; impacting neighborhoods, businesses, traffic, public facilities, services, the environment, and you.

The Plan also reflects the vision and priorities of Lacey community members while meeting state and federal law requirements.

Take our Survey

Now through the end of the year, we invite community members to take our Comprehensive Plan survey. The survey covers topics including quality of life, transportation, housing, climate, and more. You can provide input on the survey website.

Qualified community members who participate in the survey are invited to enter a drawing for one of five $100 Visa gift cards. If you’ve already completed the survey, you can still enter the drawing by including your contact information.

To qualify for the gift card drawing, you must:

Live or work in Lacey or the Lacey Urban Growth Area.
Provide email/contact information (so we can let you know!).
Pick up the gift card at the Planning Department at Lacey City Hall within 10 days of selection (or it will be awarded to another qualified participant).

NOTE: One (1) winner per household. City employees are not eligible. Drawing will take place in mid-December.
