Looking for opportunities for your Lacey-based youth group to provide service to the community while earning a stipend?
The Work Involvement Now! (WIN!) Program was initiated in 1994 by the Lacey City Council. The program pays youth groups or associations up to $300 per service project. This program encourages youth to participate in projects that foster community pride by enhancing Lacey area parks, trails, neighborhoods, and business districts.
Organizations or associations wishing to apply for funds must meet specific criteria for project completion dates, number of youth participants per group, and service performance.
WIN! Program success depends on the level of commitment of each participating group.

The City is currently not accepting applications for the WIN! Youth Program. Check for updates winter 2022.
Applications are typically accepted during a two-week period in April. Projects must be completed by that August. Participants are selected randomly from the pool of eligible applicants. If selected, an organization will receive a grant up to $300 after completing the required 40-hour service project.
