City Seeks Lodging Tax Advisory Committee Members

The City of Lacey (City) is currently recruiting for two vacancies on the Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (LTAC).

• Vacancy One: Applicants must be a representative of a business that collects lodging tax. This is a three-year term.

• Vacancy Two: Applicants must be a representative involved in activities authorized to be funded by lodging tax revenues. This is a three-year term.

LTAC is comprised of five Board members who serve three-year, staggered terms. LTAC annually recommends funding strategies to the Lacey City Council for lodging tax revenues. Lodging tax revenues are generated through a 4% hotel-motel tax imposed by the City on short-term room rentals.
