City Seeks Planning Commissioners
The City of Lacey is recruiting for the following Planning Commission vacancies:
- An unexpired term, ending January 1, 2026. Applicants must reside within the City of Lacey.
- A first term, effective January 3, 2024. Applicants must reside within the City of Lacey
- A first term, effective January 3, 2024. Applicants must reside within the Lacey Urban Growth Area.
The nine-member(9) Lacey Planning Commission develops recommendations to the Lacey City Council related to long-range comprehensive planning goals and policies in Lacey. The Planning Commission currently meets on the 1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month at 6 p.m. at Lacey City Hall, 420 College Street SE. Note: The Planning Commission is considering moving their meetings to the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month at 6 p.m. starting in January 2024. However, a final decision has not been made.
