Washington State law requires the City of Lacey to publish an Annual Financial Report. The Washington State Auditor’s Office audits the report, which must conform with generally accepted accounting principles. The Annual Financial Report includes a balance sheet, statement of changes in financial position, and a state of revenues and expenditures for combined and individual funds.
