Lacey Improves Access to Public Meetings

On June 30, the City of Lacey launched a new and comprehensive public meetings system that improves access to all City Council and Advisory Board meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, reports, recordings, and other media.

The new system features:

• A calendar of meeting dates, times, and locations.
• Easy-to-access agendas, minutes, public notices, and reports.
• High-quality video streaming
• Searchable archive of meetings from 2020 to now (2011 to 2019 is forthcoming)
• Live meeting view in Council Chambers view showing meeting progress, voting status, and motion details.

Community members can access the new system online by computer or smartphone at: CityofLacey.org/Public-Meetings.
