Project Background
A new aeration water treatment facility at the City of Lacey’s Madrona Wells facility located at 8824 Milbanke Dr SE, Olympia, WA 98516 in the City’s Urban Growth Area (UGA). This work includes a new treatment facility building with aeration system, pumps, piping, electrical controls, instrumentation, new permanent standby generator, sampling, and appurtenances, landscaping, irrigation, and fencing, and other work as required for a complete and workable system. This project also includes electrical upgrades and site upgrades to the existing well facilities. This project is mandated by the Washington State Department of Health.
A new water treatment facility at the City of Lacey’s Westside/College Street Wells site at 3300 College Street SE, Lacey, WA 98503. The work includes installation and construction of a new treatment facility building, packaged aeration systems, pumps, piping, valves, fittings, restroom, electrical, landscaping, site work, well rehabilitation, well building modifications, instrumentation, controls, stormwater management facilities, and other work as required for a complete and workable system as described in these contract documents, plans, special provisions, and technical specifications.
